Inspired by the bourgeoisie, the Dumas sofa recreates, in a renewed way, a form that is, in memory, supreme comfort thanks to its spacious and comfortable padded forms. Designed in 2016 by Piero Lissoni.

The sofa with a backrest frame in double-layered fir wood and an armrest and seat frame in multi-ply poplar wood, padded with polyurethane foam covered with layers of acrylic fibre. Seat cushions of polyurethane foam of varying density and Visco-soft, covered with pre-washed and sterilised goose down, stitched in separate chambers and covered with needle-punched, resinised, non-woven polyester fibre, combined with a polyamide velvet backing. Backrest cushion made of pre-washed and sterilised goose down, stitched in separate chambers, with a polyurethane foam insert.Fabric upholstery fully removable by means of zips and Velcro fasteners. Leather upholstery attached to the structure only.Ø30 mm steel tube legs, connected by a bracket, with brown epoxy powder coating or Stone Oak® solid veneered wood legs.
