Description

The ability to distinguish the frame upholstery from the cushions creates attractive and charming two-color material combinations. Designed by Piero Lisoni in 2016.

Rod System is a sofa with a support structure in a lacquered, drawn steel tube, sprung seat with coated rubber elastic straps, and polyurethane foam padding. Cover in 100% polyether, thermally bonded to a polyamide velvet backing. Back and seat cushions, connected by a zip, made of washed and sterilized goose down stitched in separate chambers, with polyurethane foam inserts of different densities. The seat cushions are quilted with visible buttons. On request, the seat cushions can be quilted without buttons. Armrest cushions made of polyurethane foam pre-covered with washed and sterilized goose down.Stainless steel legs, polished or matt, satin or powder-coated with epoxy paint in oxidized or brown-grey. Fabric or leather upholstery, fully removable with zips and Velcro fasteners. Table to be used in composition with MDF construction, veneered with Stone Oak® panels, with acrylic paint finish.
