The new collection of flat-weave rugs designed by Mist-o, an Italian-Japanese duo composed of Tommaso Nani and Noa Ikeuchi in their second year of collaboration with the brand, completes the scene with its graphic pattern. Kumo, which means 'cloud' in Japanese, draws inspiration from the fabrics used for kimonos, seeking to incorporate the lightness and simplicity of the pattern that is usually worn into the rug. Available in three different versions, these flat rugs woven on a vertical or horizontal loom, thin and therefore very versatile, integrate Japanese expression with the technique of textile artisans in Lahore, Pakistan, naturally creating elegant products and materials.
