Description
A project whose origins lie in the search for meticulous and well-balanced comfort, restrained but with a nod to exaggeration. Gentry refers to tradition and distinction but is brave enough to gently poke fun at the negative connotations of the word 'bourgeois'. Above all, the chair communicates a way of being, a sensitive approach to finding the right balance between discipline and freedom. The large independent seat and back cushions mean that the armchair is comfortable when the user is sitting properly, but it is also great for lounging around and forgetting about 'good manners'.
Injected flame-retardant polyurethane foam and polyester fibre on an internal steel frame. The base at the front and back is made of steel tubing with a chrome-plated or lacquered steel powder-coated finish. The backrest, armrest and optional cushions are made of goose down. The Gentry collection covers are removable.
