Description

The Salon Nana collection is the result of a collaboration with French-Lebanese architect Annabel Karim Kassar. The collection includes a flexible modular seating system that can be adapted to different situations, two different collections of auxiliary tables, all of which are inspired by Moroccan tradition. The Nana sofas combine a generous silhouette that offers the exceptional comfort of oversized down cushions with a wide range of friendly fabrics, from Moroccan-inspired stripes to stunning primary color options in linen, cotton or velvet, as well as various prints. Nana sofas are paired with "Mezze," a low traditional mattress used in oriental homes, lounge and majlis seating. The collection is complemented by Nana square coffee tables with a black metal base and top available in glass in three different finishes or in black marquina, carrara or calacatta marble. The Not a Harem small auxiliary tables have a black metal base covered with a top with an oriental motif inspired by Moorish and Crusade patterned tiles printed on canvas. The auxiliary tables are decorated with oxidized studs. "I lived in Morocco for three years and was always fascinated by the black and white striped djellaba worn by men in the Medina. In Salon Nanà, I wanted to create an atmosphere: a mood that is constantly changing rather than static." Annabel Karim Kassar
