Description
Starting with the Big Easy, a steel chair designed by Ron Arad in 1988, the collection demonstrates that volume, as a simple form, can be translated, without compromising design principles, through the reinterpretation of materials and manufacturing processes. The model derived from constructive gesture becomes industrial production; visual softness and fullness of volume, comfort. Big Easy explores rotational molding and the use of polyethylene; the Soft version in cold foaming, and thanks to the polyester fiber lining, the transformation of the tactile surface; in the elements of the collection morphology and dynamic form. Rotationally molded, 100% recyclable polyethylene with integral colors, fade-resistant and waterproof for outdoor use. The lacquered version (code 161) is not recommended for outdoor use.
