The same materials and finishes are used in every item of the collection. First and foremost the original upholstery of the shell, which combines Pelle Frau® leather on the inside with Cuoio Saddle Extra leather on the outside, with contrast stitching around the edges. A version entirely upholstered in Pelle Frau® leather is also available. In this case the stitching has tone-on-tone thread. For all elements in the Montera series the shell is produced from moulded steam-curved and -pressed beech plywood. Polyurethane foam padding. The legs of the Montera chair, armchair and h66 and h74 stools are in solid ash wood with a wenge or moka stain, with black nylon spacers. The Montera stackable chair has a 4-legged steel base in the evocative blasted and burnished finish which gives new warmth to the metal. This is also upholstered in Pelle Frau® leather and a two-tone version is also available on request.
