There are four metal bases available in two finishes, Cemento and Antracite:

• base with tapered legs
• 5-arm base with castors, available in both a 360° swivel version with fixed height and a height-adjustable gas spring version. The castors are soft self-braking swivel castors with a black plastic bracket for the painted versions.
• Four-arm base
• Column base, in both fixed and swivel versions, with cushioning device and automatic return to the starting position.

In addition to the four metal bases, Ginger is also available with four triangular legs in solid ash, available in mocha or wenge finish, stained according to the sample or with RAL varnish based on the sample. The shell of the Ginger Ale armchair is made of moulded thermoplastic composite polymer and padded with polyurethane foam. The armchair is available in the following versions:

• painted in Anthracite (Antracite)
• painted in Cemento (Cemento)
• fully upholstered in Pelle Frau®
• leather fully upholstered in Kvadrat by Poltrona Frau fabric.
